Chinese shuttler Bao Chunlai World No. 3 entered the men's singles quarterfinals on Tuesday at the Beijing Olympic Games after beating Przemyslaw Wacha from Poland.
Bao won the match against World No. 13 21-11, 19-21, 21-13.

Malaysia's second-seeded Lee Chong Wei also received a bye and will play Ronald Susilo of Singapore in his first match. Susilo caused a major upset four years ago when he knocked Lin, also top seed at the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, out in the first round.
